Pedigree

Stormy is our pick puppy from our Kia X Nitro litter, making her the 5th Generation Setter for First Harmony Farms. Stormy lives with Tara Paulsen, where she will compete in dock dog, flyball, and agility. She is everything we were hoping to get from Kia. She is a happy go lucky girl with a beautiful point and tons of drive. She is a cuddle bug in her down time and fits in great with our pack. She has some of Kia's clowniness but has more confidence and doesn’t let the other dogs pick on her. We had hoped to keep a chestnut, but Storm's personality and structure won us over instead. She is a very strong dog for her size and is naturally pure muscle, even when not getting exercise. She LOVES carrying things around in her mouth like Kia, especially her baby blanket. The difference is that she will destuff any stuffed animal she comes across. Stormy also likes to walk with your hand in her mouth, reminding me of a golden retriever. She has an excellent heel, but needs to learn to do it without holding our hand or the leash. Stormy likes water and refuses to get out of the pool once she is in it. She is a natural retriever with a very soft mouth. Stormy has a gorgeous point, but has never been hunting since her owner is not a hunter. She will be the dam of the 6th generation of First Harmony Farms Setters. Stormy's line will continue through Eclipse, Mirage, and Demi.

Dock Dog

Stormy has started her dock dog career. She finished #1 ES her first year out and qualified for Nationals. She still has tons of room for improvement and we hope to see great things from her in the next few years.

Fast Cat

Stormy has hit her fast cat competition at 8 years old. She was speeding up with each run as she got the hang of it. She even managed to get ranked in the top 25 for her breed. Tara may hit more competitions with her in the future.

Disc

Stormy has matured wnough that she is starting to play disc with fewer zoomies so she has hit her first competition. She feels there should be a victory lap after each question, which is not great for competition. She is doing well with much more focus on Tara.
