Adults Available
These are the adult dogs available for homes. Some of these dogs are ones that were born here and others are ones that may just be passing through. We try to focus on our breeds, but have rescued a huge variety of breeds over the years due to different reasons. We do not always have adults available, but do commonly know of adults available other than the ones we take in. We only take on a couple of adults each year and are very selective about which ones we take. Due to limited time, we can only take on an occasional.

Fey
English Setter Spayed Female
DOB 3/15/21
Fey is a very sweet girl. She has basic obedience training and is great at potty training. Fey is very trainable and knows the commands - sit, stay, down, speak, and shake. She can walk on a loose leash but will pull when excited. She walks great with her front clip harness. She has started using the dog door. She sleeps in her kennel currently but would likely be fine out. She is amazing with all people but sometimes will jump up when excited. She loves to jump into your arms and be carried around. She is a very gentle girl that loves to cuddle. She is doing amazing with the dogs and puppies and is very gentle. She was a bit nervous with high excitement at first, but is doing great with it now. She is learning to play with the other dogs and seems to enjoy having siblings. She is getting along great with cats. She will do some counter surfing if something smells good, but is getting better about that. She has not had any formal hunt training, but has a lot of drive, a stunning point, and is not gun shy.
Owner has become allergic with pregnancy which has not gone away after giving birth. She has been outside and in a kennel a lot this last year, but has been getting freedom now that she is with us.
Comes with kennel, collar, harness, leash, blankets, chews, food, toys, dishes, Year of Flea/tick/heartworm preventative, and vet records.
