​Pedigree

Matrix was our pick pup from the Windy X Ruari litter. Matrix is very social and has never met a stranger. He is known for giving hugs like Eclipse and Strider. He is great with other dogs and amazing with kids, prefering them to the adults. He lives for playing with the other dogs and can be hard to call off of them. Matrix always likes to carry something in his mouth when playing, just like Shiver. He chases the other dogs carrying whatever toy he can find. He loves to play disc and has some major talent tracking and catching them. He has hit a couple competitions and killed it with just a few runs. He is quick and catches with style. He has also started competing in Dock Dog, Barnhunt, and Fast Cat. He just started herding training as well. Matrix is a co-own with Rob and Tori.  

Dock Dog

Matrix loves dock diving. His first year out he managed to qualify Regionals, win Regionals, get into the finals, and placed 6th at Nationals in NADD. He is still growing in his jumps.

Disc

Matrix LOVES air time and reads a disc very well. He was with us for our Spring Trial so Tyler decided to play him in a couple games. He did amazing for Tyler. He even had a top scoring Far Out run before he started to think bringing the disc back was optional. With a bit more training, he will be a fun one to compete with.

Fast Cat

Matrix had his first run in Fast Cat and did figure out that it is fun. He will be hitting more Fast Cat in the future and we can't wait to see how fast he can go!

Barn Hunt

Matrix has hit his first Barn Hunt trial and nailed it, earning a Q and High In Trial! This boy is QUICK! Barn hunt is not his main focus, but he loves learning new things and took to this immediately.

Matrix began herding lessons in 2024. He has really turned on. He has nice eye and is thoughtful with the stock. He is working in a pen for now.
