Fusion lives at the Animal Care Clinic and serves as a blood donor there on a regular basis. He was started in agility and herding training at Hob Nob and will continue that training with us. We hope to compete in herding, agility, dock dog, and obedience with him. Fusion has already sired some great agility dogs and we hope to see what else his pups can excel at. Fusion is a very happy, playful boy. He likes kids but does not do well with small animals that run away. In fact, he is commonly used to get rid of moles in people's yards and can keep the wildlife at bay. He LOVES his tug and chasing the hose. He thinks chasing sprinklers should be a sport. He loves water in any form-pool, sprinkler, water bucket, river, stream, lake, or pond. He has great drive but is not over the top and can be a mellow couch potato as well. Although large, that does not stop him from bouncing up over my head when he is excited. He has an aussie bounce, but on a much bigger scale. Although we don’t breed him often, he does sire an occasional litter at First Harmony Farms.

Dock Dog
|
Fusion is a crowd pleaser at dock diving. He usually jumps straight up in the air and straight down, occasionally getting some nice distance because he jumps so high in the air. Fusion has placed at Nationals for Dock Diving and LOVES to play.

Agility
|
He has just started his agility career and has his first Qs in USDAA and NADAC. We are still perfecting his running contacts and his start line (which he feels is optional). We are working on his ability to fly through the air (his preference) and hitting the tug WITHOUT grabbing my hand. He never gets it completely but lets me feel just enough teeth to make me nervous.

|
Fusion loves to work and learn new things. He would have been amazing at Rally had we done more training and competing.

|
Fusion has done a few therapy visits. He loves the attention and does great with everyone.

Herding
|
Fusion has great eye, pick up, and push on stock. He can work duck, sheep, goats, and cattle. He needs more training to work on his driving stock. Unfortunately, we don’t own stock for him to work so he doesn’t get to show off his skills often.

Trick Dog
|
Fusion lives for any training that requires new tricks. He LOVES to learn. Bring out a clicker and this boy is all game.
