st step: Fill out our quick Application Name, phone number, and email will help me get in touch with you.
nd Step: Wait for our phone call. To place a deposit, you must be preapproved by phone or in person. This is when we will go over all of our expected litters, our current deposit list, and what you are looking for. This assures that we will have what you are looking for before you get on our deposit list.
rd Step: Place a deposit to get on the deposit list. This list will get the first picks of our litters and pick in the order the deposits were placed. The deposit to get on the waiting list is $500. 1st pick always goes to First Harmony Farms or a co-own. 2nd pick goes to the stud dog owner if they want one. Then we have people pick puppies in the order we receive deposits. Deposits are not refundable and expire in two years. Entire cost of the puppy is $1500 for a pet home and vary for breeding homes depending on the agreed upon contract. We accept Cash, Zelle, or Checks. Zelle is under my cell phone number 815-876-6796. Checks must be payable to Lynette VandeVenter and mailed to the address below. Lynette VandeVenter 145 N Jefferson St Tiskilwa, IL 61368 815-876-6796
th step: Fill out the deposit questionnaire. Go ahead and text me once you submit this part and I can get you on the deposit list once the deposit is received as well. 815-876-6796
th Step: Watch the website and facebook page for litter announcements. Come and meet the puppies in person between 5-7 weeks old if you can. We always try to set up at least one Puppy Play time during that time, but can occasionally do individual visits if that time doesn't work out. The Play times are usually 1-2 hours depending on how much time we can fit in. Unfortunately, we do have to limit the individual visits to 30 minutes just due to the large number of visits we are currently doing and these can get pretty time consuming when everyone tries to stay for hours.
th Step: Puppies are 7 weeks old and will have their vet exams, puppy testing, and structure evaluations to help with picking. You will be picking your puppy over the phone during picking. There will not be time to meet the puppies in person once picking begins so plan for doing this before 7 weeks. The timeline on this is pretty fast so every person is given 24 hours from first call to make a final decision. I will usually call the person next in line to let them narrow down their top 2 picks and discuss any questions they may have before picking.
th Step: Puppies can go home at 8 weeks old. We will schedule your puppies go home once you pick. Go to the Puppy Go Home page to prepare for your bundle of joy.
